Role Overview The Periodical Monitoring Analyst will support the Pre-Sales team in Riga by handling compliance matters tied to payment solutions and services. This position suits someone who pays close attention to detail and has a basic understanding of the fintech sector. Advanced Python Engineering: Create high-performance, Object-Oriented (OOP) analytical tools and frameworks tailored for processing extensive financial datasets.Complex Data Modeling: Design and oversee intricate data structures, converting nested, multi-source payment data into efficiently organized tabular formats.SQL Optimization: Develop and fine-tune expert-level SQL queries (PostgreSQL/Redshift) for intricate joins and large-scale analytical operations.Pipeline Orchestration: Craft and sustain scalable ETL/ELT workflows utilizing Apache Airflow.Code Architecture: Ensure analytical codebases are modular, scalable, and maintainable through Git and established development best practices.Real-Time Analytics: Implement logic for real-time processing to facilitate instant fraud detection and payment scheme assessments.
