- Oversee the daily operations of your designated kitchen section, ensuring efficiency and exceptional organization.
- Prepare and cook exquisite dishes in accordance with menu specifications and company standards.
- Guarantee consistency in the taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes from your section.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and recipe development.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to nurture their growth.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Manage food costs effectively, minimize waste, and control stock levels within your section.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless service operations.
- Engage in regular kitchen meetings and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.
- Adapt to evolving needs by assisting in other kitchen areas as required.
