This role involves direct collaboration with senior leadership on impactful projects that encompass strategy formulation, execution planning, project management, and performance oversight. Strategy Development• Assist in crafting long-term strategies and evolving operating models while identifying vertical and horizontal priorities.• Conduct thorough market and competitor assessments to uncover new opportunities within SaaS, fintech, retail, and international markets.• Develop presentations for board meetings, investor engagements, and leadership discussions, emphasizing clear, data-driven insights.2. Execution Planning• Convert strategic goals into actionable initiatives and detailed roadmaps.• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial, Finance, International) to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.• Aid in resource allocation and prioritization efforts.3. Project Management• Monitor and coordinate key strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to project milestones.• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles; proactively escalate issues and devise solutions.• Provide regular status updates to leadership regarding project advancement and results.4. Performance Oversight• Assist in creating and tracking KPIs and OKRs across various departments and geographies.• Analyze performance metrics against targets, offering insights and recommendations for adjustments.• Contribute to quarterly and annual business reviews with the leadership team.Ideal Candidate• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or a related analytical/strategic role.• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a knack for structuring complex challenges.• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides with a flair for storytelling.
