We are seeking a dynamic Junior Business Developer to join our team at Squadio, a leading global remote-first IT service provider based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients.
Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in guiding clients from initial contact through to closing deals. You will work closely with our management team to develop strategies that meet market demands and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads as potential sales opportunities.
- Assist in expanding our client base by researching market trends and identifying customer needs.
- Stay informed about new products and services to better serve clients.
- Collaborate with management to analyze and implement new business initiatives.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and services to boost satisfaction.
- Represent the company at executive events and meetings.
- Foster long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and communicate terms with stakeholders.
- Remain a subject matter expert on our services and industry developments.
- Gather business data to aid in developing effective business plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute business strategies.
- Regularly report on sales results to management.
- Work with management to review and enhance business development activities.
