Job Purpose:The Installment Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing the company's partnerships with installment providers, facilitating sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and maximizing the profitability of installment offerings across various channels including in-store, e-commerce, and mobile applications.Key Responsibilities:Business and Contract Development:Identify and evaluate potential installment providers, negotiating favorable terms, commission structures, and service level agreements.Draft, review, and finalize contracts and amendments concerning fees, credit limits, return policies, and dispute resolution.Create a comprehensive portfolio of installment offers designed to cater to different seasons and customer demographics, including zero-interest options, seasonal installments, and down payment plans.Relationship and Partnership Management:Act as the primary point of contact for each provider, organizing monthly and quarterly performance assessment meetings.Develop and execute collaborative marketing and sales strategies, defining specific targets and promotional campaigns.Operational and Technical Integration:Collaborate with the IT team to integrate APIs, SDKs, and payment gateways while ensuring robust testing environments.Streamline the customer experience across both physical and digital commerce platforms.Oversee the performance of service providers, managing downtime and error resolution according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management:Ensure that all installment offers align with internal policies and comply with relevant regulatory standards.Handle customer objections and disputes, establishing a clear escalation protocol.Financial Monitoring and Reconciliation:Supervise daily and weekly settlements and collections, reconciling transactions against sales orders.Review and address discrepancies in discounts, commissions, administrative fees, and settlement variances.Prepare periodic financial reports detailing net income, revenues, and outstanding accounts.Sales and Customer Service Empowerment:Train sales and customer service teams on available installment programs.Monitor customer experience from initial approval through delivery and post-sale support.Marketing and Sales Growth:Evaluate the effectiveness of installment campaigns across digital and in-store channels, analyzing their impact on sales performance.Analytics and Reporting:Create dashboards to track metrics such as installment selection rates, approval and rejection rates, cart values, conversion rates, and returns.Analyze rejection reasons and collaborate with providers to refine policies and criteria.Documentation and Reporting:Compile weekly and monthly reports for management that detail installment sales performance, profitability, risk metrics, and areas for improvement.
