In this pivotal role, you will ensure that every product decision at HungerStation is driven by a profound understanding of users rather than mere assumptions.Your responsibilities will encompass planning, executing, and synthesizing user research throughout all phases of the product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and data analysts to transform user stories into actionable insights, bridging the gap from data to documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead comprehensive research projects, from establishing objectives and selecting methodologies to carrying out studies, synthesizing findings, and communicating insights effectively.Conduct field and remote research with real users across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region, including intercept interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing in public spaces or via calls.Examine qualitative and quantitative data to discern trends and patterns in user behaviors.Integrate qualitative and quantitative techniques, such as in-depth interviews, diary studies, surveys, analytics reviews, and A/B test assessments.Thoroughly document findings through structured reports, visual frameworks, and presentation materials that inform design and product strategies.Collaborate across teams with product, design, and analytics to ensure research insights are timely, actionable, and measurable.Champion user advocacy by clearly and confidently conveying insights to stakeholders, translating empathy into tangible product impact.Develop scalable research frameworks to enhance consistency, speed, and rigor within the team. Research Examples You May LeadConducting usability testing in Riyadh's busiest malls to evaluate the onboarding experience for new users.Shadowing delivery riders and conducting diary studies to identify pain points in the post-order process.Analyzing survey and app analytics data to uncover reasons for user churn and enhance retention strategies.Facilitating concept validation workshops with product and design teams to test early ideas before development.Leading feature validation studies for new product launches or critical initiatives within the Food, Quick Commerce, or FinTech sectors.
