The Position
We are actively seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Technical Account Manager (TAM) to enhance our expanding cybersecurity team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for our enterprise clients, managing the post-sales relationship, facilitating deployments, and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of our cybersecurity solutions.
You will connect customer needs with our product offerings, collaborating closely with our Sales Engineering, Support, Product, and Customer Success teams.
