Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff, program participants, donors, and customers to achieve production, quality, and sales objectives while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Uphold organizational policies and procedures, ensuring all staff adhere to best practices that promote a positive internal and external appearance of the store.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills while demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric focus.
External Hiring Range: Up to $18.00/hour
Retention Bonus: $1,000 after 180 days of employment.
Travel: Local travel may be required.
