The Role
As a vital member of our team, you will deliver technical expertise and operational support to the Authorized Repairer Network, ensuring adherence to company standards. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing vehicle issues, guiding repair protocols, and addressing warranty matters.
- Delivering technical support to Authorized Repairers both remotely and in person.
- Investigating and analyzing technical faults to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Detailing diagnostic processes to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Generating comprehensive technical reports and maintaining precise case logs.
- Interacting independently and efficiently with technical departments.
- Overseeing MSX and Client assets in strict accordance with company policies.
