Main responsibilities
- Deliver on-site IT support for staff and systems at the Argentina office.
- Oversee and maintain an inventory of devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, Mac systems, and data collection equipment (IHMS).
- Provide technical assistance for network and server infrastructure.
- Handle IMAC and Break-Fix support: manage installation, movement, addition, configuration changes, and removal or decommissioning of hardware and software assets.
- Support devices used in meeting and conference rooms, ensuring smooth operation during events and daily use.
