Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will oversee the entire commercial process: from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals. You will manage your own sales funnel and lead the process from the first contact through to the handover to Customer Success. Employing a hybrid PLG/SLG approach, you will determine when self-service is beneficial and when personal interaction is essential. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success, you will continuously optimize your funnel from acquisition to customer activation.
