We are currently seeking a versatile Health Manager to join our establishment in Saint Claude (39).As a Health Manager, reporting to the Senior Health Manager of the department, you will organize the paramedical activities across various services, including dialysis, surgical block, rehabilitation, and geriatrics. You will lead both day and night teams, assess workload demands, and allocate personnel according to activity fluctuations. Ensuring adherence to time management standards is paramount. You will be responsible for the effectiveness, safety, quality of care, and risk management. Participation in multidisciplinary discussions regarding patient care is crucial. You will establish activity indicators and dashboards, ensuring accurate reporting. Additionally, you will evaluate and support the professional development of your team, contribute to training plans, and facilitate the onboarding of new staff and students.
