About the Role iCapital Network is actively seeking a dedicated Associate to bolster our Onboarding Solutions team. This pivotal role is integral to our mission of enhancing operational scalability, fostering innovation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences to our valued clients and partners. The ideal candidate will develop expertise in the iCapital platform and serve as a trusted advisor while pursuing operational excellence. The right fit for this position will be instrumental in constructing legal document workflows and will collaborate closely with fellow Associates and Assistant Vice Presidents to effectively solve complex problems. This highly collaborative role emphasizes a deep understanding of legal documents and the enhancement of operational processes as a cohesive team. Key Responsibilities Integrate legal documents into iCapital’s proprietary software using advanced tools. Confidently navigate technical systems that support the iCapital platform, including configuration management, workflow logic, and issue resolution across various interfaces. Determine applicable questions in legal documents for different investor types and apply appropriate logic. Communicate effectively with the team regarding advancements and areas for improvement in internal systems and processes. Gain a comprehensive understanding of all interfaces on the Onboarding Solutions team to facilitate a seamless transition of clients. Oversee end-to-end technical and operational deliverables, managing daily workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Act as a subject matter expert in subscription document onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve high-priority issues promptly. Identify and infer client needs from various external stakeholders, including Fund Administrators, Legal, and Tax departments. Ensure that final client products reflect high standards of grammar, logic, syntax, and accuracy. Conduct peer reviews to uphold operational standards. Partner closely with the Product team to analyze platform behavior, troubleshoot complex issues, and support root-cause analysis. Enhance and maintain product documentation and internal resources. Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance targets through effective task delegation. Qualifications 2-6 years of legal experience in drafting, researching, and interpreting complex legal documents. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
