This position begins as part-time (20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25.

ROLE OVERVIEW
In the capacity of Client Success Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for real estate agents interested in commission advances. You will assist clients throughout the application and onboarding process, ensure accurate documentation submission, and prepare files for evaluation and approval.
This role emphasizes pre-approval support, ensuring agents are informed about necessary requirements, assisting them in completing applications, and guaranteeing that all information is precise and primed for review. You will also reach out to agents who began but did not finalize their applications, address their inquiries, and maintain prompt, friendly communication.
This dynamic position requires strong organizational skills, quick responsiveness, and outstanding client service abilities.
YOUR DAILY TASKS
• Engage with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat
• Guide agents through the application and document submission process
• Verify incoming documents for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and resolve early blockers (missing forms, unclear dates, inconsistent information)
• Follow up with agents who have not completed their applications
• Prepare meticulous and accurate files for approval review
• Maintain a swift response rate and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Educate clients on subsequent steps, documentation needs, and timelines
• Update Salesforce with client information, document status, and application progress
• Collaborate internally with operations as files advance toward approval
• Monitor application progress and ensure timely decisions
