You will collaborate with regional and community banks and credit unions (assets approximately $5B-$50B) to enhance their marketing capabilities, drive customer acquisition, and stimulate growth through innovative, data-centric marketing strategies. You will have the freedom to cultivate your book of business while influencing the future of customer engagement in financial institutions.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development & Client Growth: Propel revenue growth by enhancing existing client relationships in banking and credit unions while acquiring new, strategically aligned clients; Achieve and surpass annual revenue targets of $5M-$12M through consultative selling of marketing strategy and transformation services; Build and sustain C-level relationships with CMOs, heads of retail banking, heads of lending, Chief Compliance Officers, and other senior executives at targeted financial institutions; Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams comprising Account Executives, strategists, creatives, and data analysts to successfully pursue opportunities; Oversee proposal development, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations for complex, multi-million dollar marketing engagements; Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to optimize client lifetime value; Position the firm as the premier marketing strategy partner for mid-market banks and credit unions.
