Role overview
The Project Manager - Mission Critical is based in San Antonio, Texas, and reports to the Project Executive. This full-time, exempt position leads multiple projects from initiation through completion. The role requires close coordination with field leadership, clients, and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within defined scope.
Key responsibilities
- Project planning and initiation: Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify risks and establish mitigation strategies.
- Team management: Build and direct project teams, including electricians, technicians, and subcontractors. Maintain team alignment and motivation to achieve project goals.
