The schedule blends in-office collaboration at the UTC location (Tuesday through Thursday) with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Key Responsibilities Explain Splitero’s Home Equity Investment product, including its terms and distinctions from standard financing options. Respond to homeowner questions, listen to their needs, and provide clear, accurate information. Oversee a pipeline of clients throughout the transaction process to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to closing. Collaborate with Processors and other team members to support company goals and foster a cooperative atmosphere. Use Splitero’s technology tools to track client status, document interactions, and communicate with the team. Follow company policies and industry standards in all client interactions. Compensation and Schedule This position offers total earnings potential of $122,000 per year. The package includes a base salary of $50,000 (paid hourly) plus uncapped monthly commissions. Up to 10 hours of overtime per week may be available. Work Location Hybrid arrangement: Work from the UTC office in San Diego Tuesday through Thursday. Remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
