Your expertise in collecting, clarifying, coordinating, and correcting enables a frictionless experience for the borrower.
They sit back while you steer them toward their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Once a loan is locked, the entire experience is under your stewardship.
You will be the primary contact for borrowers, serving as their advocate and navigator throughout the process.
Your mission is to maintain a smooth, predictable, and professional journey, regardless of the file's complexity.
You eliminate internal confusion, translating the essential information while protecting borrowers from irrelevant details.
This role transcends traditional customer service; it is about proactive experience design.
