- Process in-store sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Guest Engagement:
- Manage client outreach with personalized communication to boost guest capture and retention.
- Keep client information up-to-date, including requests and product feedback.
- Assist in planning and executing engaging in-store events.
Results Driven:
- Analyze key business metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Leverage business tools and market insights to drive exceptional results.
Operations:
- Ensure operational excellence through effective cash management and accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with the leadership team for monthly supply orders.
- Support monthly store assessments to guarantee success within your four walls.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and register area.
- Exemplify brand standards through strong visual presentation.
- Support floor moves based on seasonal transitions.
