At Sparrow, we streamline this typically tedious and error-prone process into an efficient, 30-minute end-to-end experience, saving teams up to 40 hours and $30K per leave.

About the Role
We are in search of an exceptional Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to collaborate closely with our CEO during this pivotal growth phase. The CEO's primary focus is setting the vision for Sparrow and leading a high-performing executive team, making it crucial that her limited time is spent on the most impactful work.
In this position, you will be a vital force multiplier for both the CEO and the entire organization, enhancing the speed at which decisions are made and delegated while ensuring effective follow-through across the executive team on initiatives that depend on the CEO's input.
This role will comprise 90% Executive Assistant responsibilities and 10% Personal Assistant tasks, facilitating both professional and limited personal logistics to enable the CEO to operate at her highest capacity. While this is a fully remote position, there may be a requirement for up to 25% travel to the Bay Area where the CEO is based. Accountability and ownership are essential in this role, and flexibility in your schedule may be necessary at times.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO on Priorities and Execution
- Work alongside the CEO to identify her highest-impact priorities and ensure her schedule reflects those priorities.
- Facilitate swift decision-making and delegation to keep Sparrow moving forward efficiently.
- Collaborate with the CEO to strategize and implement action plans for key initiatives and tasks.
