The Director will be pivotal in commercial planning and integrated marketing campaigns to establish market leadership and accelerate growth.This position requires close collaboration with various functions, including Upstream Product Marketing, Customer Engagement, R&D, Regulatory, and Legal, to consistently deliver impactful programs and solutions.The compensation structure for this role is competitive, with a salary range between $170,000 and $220,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our overall compensation philosophy.Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis, as Cala will not provide sponsorship for work visas.A Day in the LifeLead the execution of the commercial strategic plan to meet revenue and profitability targets.Shape the go-to-market strategy and commercialization initiatives, encompassing product, processes, and customer journeys.Enhance market awareness and adoption, identifying growth opportunities and aligning with strategic goals.Direct Commercial Launch plans, including positioning, messaging, customer targeting, branding, evidence strategy, KOL strategy, and performance metrics.Manage integrated marketing channels, including digital platforms, conferences, and social media.Coach and develop a team of marketing professionals.Analyze market intelligence and implement competitive response strategies.Engage in fieldwork to gather insights on market dynamics and customer needs.
