Our focus within Strategic Finance is on enhancing the financial performance of our B2B products and go-to-market functions, ensuring a strong connection between our financial goals and overarching company strategy. We work closely with leaders across Product, GTM, Research, Partnerships, and Operations to:
Lead operational planning, financial forecasting, and performance management for our B2B division.
Deliver actionable insights on B2B product performance to inform strategic resource allocation.
Establish the financial frameworks necessary for scaling and accelerating growth.
About the Role
We are seeking analytical and strategic finance professionals who can independently drive initiatives while collaborating with senior leaders in the B2B space. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial trajectory of cutting-edge AI products and initiatives at the intersection of strategy, finance, and technology.
This position is based in San Francisco, CA. We embrace a hybrid work model of three days in the office each week and provide relocation assistance to new hires.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a strategic finance partner for our B2B Product and GTM teams.
Overseeing B2B financial planning related to revenue, gross margin, and operational expenses for annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
Developing and managing critical metrics to evaluate product performance, unit economics, sales productivity, and compute efficiency.
Conducting trend analyses to derive actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.
Building and enhancing FP&A processes, including forecasting methodologies and performance reporting that enhance accountability and decision-making speed.
Supporting key strategic initiatives, including pricing strategies, deal structuring, and business case development for growth opportunities and new launches.
Managing the complete financial oversight of budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance monitoring.
