The Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the principal financial and strategic advisor to the CEO. This pivotal role encompasses oversight of all Finance, Accounting, and Strategy functions, facilitating global growth while maintaining strong financial governance. The CFO will lead initiatives in long-term planning, capital distribution, investor relations, and Board communications, ensuring the organization is well-equipped for profitable expansion.
We seek a proactive leader who can harmonize long-term strategic vision with daily operational execution, ensuring consistent growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct all Finance and Accounting operations, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while nurturing a high-performing team.
Collaborate with the CEO to establish corporate strategy and maintain alignment across the executive team and organization.
Develop scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support global, multi-channel growth.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital allocation.
Create financial metrics and dashboards for effective performance management.
Lead investor relations and Board communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess the business landscape, explore new opportunities, partnerships, and global expansion.
Act as a principal voice for the Board of Directors, investors, and external stakeholders, alongside the CEO.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance across the organization.
