The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Marketing Manager to foster deeper relationships with our clients, enhance product adoption, drive expansion efforts, and convert satisfied users into vocal advocates for our brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise expansion and renewal initiatives: Create campaigns and playbooks to improve renewal rates, uncover expansion opportunities, and elevate Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the enterprise.
- Enhance user engagement: Implement targeted lifecycle campaigns designed to boost the adoption of new features within the Ivo platform.
- Optimize customer onboarding: Revamp onboarding experiences, streamline communication touchpoints, and develop repeatable campaigns that encourage early adoption and promote long-term retention.
- Lead customer advocacy initiatives: Build and expand Ivo's advocacy engine through customer stories, review campaigns, referral programs, and Customer Advisory Board (CAB) initiatives.
- Organize customer webinars and events: Plan and execute regular webinars that showcase product best practices, celebrate customer successes, and announce upcoming launches.
- Collaborate across departments: Work closely with Demand Generation, Product, Customer Success, and Content teams to align messaging, share insights, and amplify customer successes.
- Monitor and improve performance metrics: Accurately track and report on key metrics related to adoption, engagement, and advocacy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in customer, content, or demand generation roles.
- Proven track record in creating engaging customer-facing content, including case studies, video content, reviews, and webinars.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
