About the Partnerships Team
The Partnerships team is vital for scaling Rox’s growth by establishing and managing strategic alliances with key partners who can mutually benefit from collaborating with us. Situated within the go-to-market organization, this team is tasked with sourcing, accelerating, and facilitating deal closures for Rox while ensuring a win-win scenario for our partners.
You will be the inaugural Partnerships hire, joining at a pivotal moment. Our headquarters are located in San Francisco, but your role will involve supporting sales teams across our key regions, including Central (Austin) and East (New York). The partnerships you forge , who we collaborate with, how we collaborate effectively, and how we co-sell , will serve as the model for the company.
About the Role
This founding-level Director of Partnerships position is for an individual who will work closely alongside our Sales organization, acting as the ecosystem authority, a strategic deal maker, and the orchestrator of co-selling, ensuring the right partners are engaged at the ideal opportunities. Your mission: to ensure partner involvement in every deal, whether for insights, influence, or co-selling, and to drive measurable revenue outcomes through partner engagement.

What You’ll Do
Establish and maintain a network of strategic partnerships with both technical partners (Databricks, Microsoft, Google, AWS, Snowflake, etc.) and systems integrators (McKinsey, BCG, Slalom, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
Collaborate with Sales to align with partners at our target accounts and develop deal strategies.
Create comprehensive playbooks detailing how our go-to-market team engages with partners, document significant mutual victories, and formulate a repeatable process for future engagements.
