In this position, you will illustrate the positive impact of paid social campaigns on our business growth. You will take full ownership of optimizing our campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and others, ensuring maximum ROI on every investment. Responsibilities include refining audience targeting, enhancing bidding strategies, and conducting creative tests across various channels. You will collaborate closely with RevOps and vendor partners to ensure an efficient user journey, transparent reporting, and seamless automation between ads, web, and email to generate qualified leads.
Within 90 Days: Conduct a thorough audit of all existing paid social campaigns and user journeys, from ad impressions to form submissions, to pinpoint areas for optimization. Implement changes that result in a 25% reduction in cost-per-lead while enhancing click-through and engagement rates to attract higher-quality traffic to our site.
Within Six Months: Initiate experiments tailored to segmented audience needs based on industry, title, and behavior. Achieve a steady inflow of over 200 high-intent leads monthly while maintaining a competitive cost-per-acquisition. Concurrently, elevate our presence in upper-funnel channels to boost brand awareness and drive both direct and organic growth.
By Month Nine: Demonstrate how our paid social strategy serves as a competitive advantage, ensuring cohesive ad targeting, messaging, and landing experiences that create a unified user pathway.
