Role Overview
Anaplan is on the lookout for a Director of Go-To-Market Planning to spearhead the strategy, processes, and execution of our Go-To-Market (GTM) planning operations. This role will oversee a global team of 3–5 professionals while collaborating closely with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Alliances, Finance, and Operations to enhance a scalable, data-driven GTM approach.
Reporting to the VP of Global GTM Strategy, Planning & Operations, you will manage the complete GTM planning lifecycle, which includes segmentation, capacity modeling, headcount planning, territory design, and quota setting. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring operational readiness and executing our company’s long-term growth strategy.
