You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by:Establishing a robust book of business across North America, achieving 100% quota attainment in your first year. Successfully sourcing and closing complete sales cycles for opportunities ranging from $50,000 to $150,000+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Winning competitive deals by positioning Rootly as the preferred Incident Management & On-Call Platform for enterprise clients. Crafting and delivering compelling product narratives and insights to executives at named accounts. Collaborating with various company leaders to facilitate product workshops and prepare comprehensive ROI analyses. Leading and contributing to team projects aimed at refining our sales process. Who You AreYou have over 7 years of experience selling enterprise software to both SMB and enterprise clients. You have managed enterprise software quotas exceeding $1 million. You possess a passion for becoming an expert in our products and industry.
