Role Overview
We are seeking a Founding GTM Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment efforts that will shape Broccoli's next growth phase. You will manage the complete recruiting cycle for Go-To-Market (GTM) positions, including Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Marketing professionals, collaborating closely with the founders to define the who and why behind each hiring decision.
Recruitment is a cornerstone function at Broccoli. As we develop AI systems that operate in the real world, the caliber of our team is crucial for our success.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across various levels , encompassing sales, customer success, marketing, and operations , executed in the distinctive Broccoli manner.
Collaborate with founders to ensure a positive candidate experience from initial conversations through to the onboarding process.
Engage in extensive sourcing! While Broccoli has a compelling narrative regarding revenue and growth, we are still in the process of broadening our outreach. You will explore innovative sourcing strategies, including referrals, outbound efforts, and creative tactics to attract exceptional candidates.
