About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Founding Recruiter to spearhead the establishment of our entire talent acquisition function. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the founders, overseeing hiring initiatives across software engineering, product development, and go-to-market strategies as we undergo rapid scaling.
You will be responsible for crafting and implementing our recruiting strategy, sourcing top-tier talent, and developing processes that attract the best candidates. As one of our foundational hires, your contributions will significantly influence the culture, workforce, and future direction of Lassie.
