Reporting directly to our Head of Business Recruiting, you will work cross-functionally to build and maintain essential pipelines that support the growth of our diverse teams while ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all recruitment efforts.In this role, you will:Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex business roles.Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.Continuously enhance screening, assessment, and interview frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce drop-off rates.Analyze and report on recruiting funnel metrics to identify trends and drive ongoing process improvements.Assess, calibrate, and elevate the candidate experience at every touchpoint to align with our core company values.
