This position is primarily based in our San Francisco, Long Beach, or Houston offices, with full-time onsite presence expected, except for bi-weekly remote Fridays.Exceptions may be made for exceptional talent residing outside our primary locations. If you are the right fit, we will discuss tailored arrangements.Our onsite approach enables rapid problem-solving alongside leaders in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance—accelerating our progress beyond the sluggish pace of traditional industries.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the data center, ensuring optimal system performance.Monitor and maintain air-cooled chillers, CDU systems, and fan coils.Conduct hands-on mechanical tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of facility systems.Perform routine inspections to identify and proactively resolve potential issues.Engage and coordinate with subcontractors for specialized tasks or repairs.
