With extensive industry experience, we are reshaping the way businesses handle their financial management.Backed by prominent Silicon Valley investors, we have successfully raised the largest seed round in our category, enabling us to launch a fully operational product and onboard several major clients.As an AI Deployment Engineer, you will:Collaborate with account executives to navigate complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.Oversee and execute technical proof-of-concept (POC) processes.Optimize prompts and models to ensure optimal AI performance for our clients.Develop custom modules to facilitate successful client launches.Create and present tailored demonstrations based on customer business needs.Draft a comprehensive implementation scoping document for each customer.Integrate with various transaction systems, including revenue, billing, and accounts payable.Engage in customer-facing activities, including technical discovery calls.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to fulfill customer requests and advocate for their needs.Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance software to maintain reliable and robust performance in production environments.Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions.Your qualifications include:Minimum of 2 years of experience in forward deployment engineering, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or solution engineering.Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline; computer science preferred but not mandatory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with customers.Self-motivated and proactive mindset.Capability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup culture.Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Typescript, and Python.Adept at identifying customer needs and delivering innovative solutions.Experience collaborating with Account Executives on technical sales processes for Enterprise customers.
