About the job
At Usul, we are on a mission to create the "Amazon for Government", a platform that enables companies to seamlessly sell to government entities with just a few clicks. Our offerings span critical sectors such as national security technology, space exploration, energy infrastructure, healthcare, and beyond.
Our cutting-edge AI platform empowers companies to identify, pursue, and successfully secure government contracts, streamlining the purchasing process for government agencies.
In just one year, we've achieved over $5 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and established partnerships with Fortune 500 contractors, the U. S. government, and NATO. As we embark on our next growth phase, we aim to capture the entire U. S. market and expand our reach to over 60 allied nations.
We are assembling a small, elite team that values high standards and low ego. Our culture revolves around commitment, continuous improvement, and creating a fun workplace environment. Our youthful team stands out at government conferences, bringing fresh Silicon Valley energy and modern technology to an industry steeped in tradition.
We are seeking a passionate Growth Strategist ready to revolutionize the sales process for technology adoption by Allied Nations worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and growth team, attending conferences, engaging prospects, navigating stakeholder dynamics, managing procurement, and driving account expansion. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the opportunity to build and close significant deals that enhance global security, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Work On:
Lead the entire sales cycle, from attending conferences to prospecting, closing, and expanding high-value deals with 6-7 figure annual contract values (ACVs).
Cultivate relationships with government contractors in military hubs such as Washington D. C., San Diego, Huntsville, and Tampa who have yet to adopt AI solutions.
Collaborate with our CEO to refine our sales playbook and cultivate a strong sales organizational culture.
Navigate intricate enterprise buying processes involving engineering-focused decision-makers and procurement teams.
Establish and oversee our sales systems, CRM, and growth infrastructure from the ground up, taking ownership of our entire sales tech stack.
Engage in high-impact discussions with CEOs and business development leaders from companies developing essential defense technologies.
