Position Overview
At this pivotal moment for our company, characterized by exceptional customer loyalty, clear product-market alignment, and rapid growth, we are seeking a GTM Recruiter based in San Francisco. In this role, you will work closely with our Co-founder/CEO (Siadhal) and the GTM leadership team to construct a top-tier commercial organization. You will manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing positions, while also helping to establish the foundational systems, processes, and tools necessary to scale our hiring efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to clarify hiring requirements across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Overseeing the entire recruiting process for GTM roles, including sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviewing, and offer management.
Developing and refining recruiting processes, tools, and systems to enhance speed, quality, and consistency in hiring.
Serving as a market expert on GTM talent in San Francisco, providing insights to leaders on talent availability and market trends.
