Role Overview The Sales Partnerships Manager joins the Growth Team to develop and manage strategic partnerships with health systems, medical groups, and software firms. This position plays a central role in expanding the business through new partnerships, building relationships with external stakeholders, negotiating agreements, and guiding the execution of partnership projects. Close collaboration with internal teams ensures that partnership strategies support Rainfall Health’s broader goals and enable strong cooperation with external partners. What You Will Do Strategic Partnership and Pipeline Development Identify and approach potential partners through outreach, industry news, and networking events. Research the market to spot trends and new partnership opportunities. Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at target organizations. Present to C-level prospects in person and via video calls. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, working with the Care Navigation team to address questions and support productive relationships. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep communication clear and aligned with partners. Collect feedback from prospects and customers to share with product teams and advocate for improvements. Negotiation and Contract Management Lead negotiations with potential partners to reach agreements that benefit both parties. Monitor partnership performance and ensure all contractual commitments are met. Partnership Implementation Oversee partnership projects, coordinating with internal and external teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
