We are excited to announce the search for our inaugural Head of People, a pivotal role as we expand our team. As our first dedicated leader in people operations, you will play a vital role in shaping our team and culture. Your responsibilities will span the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing and recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and overall employee satisfaction. You will help define our organizational identity and attract, hire, and develop the individuals who will define our future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Our Growth: Initially, your primary focus will be on hiring the team needed to reach our next growth milestone. This includes sourcing and recruiting top talent while developing scalable frameworks for candidate sourcing.
- Manage the interview process, ensuring hiring managers receive support throughout each stage of the hiring funnel, from scheduling interviews to gathering feedback and finalizing criteria for decisions.
