Join our dynamic Brand, Creative, and Content team at Hinge Health as the Lead Content Strategist. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the creative strategy for our Lifecycle Marketing, Targeted Enrollment, and Ecosystem Partner pods, key drivers of our member acquisition efforts. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting a compelling narrative strategy to enhance enrollment, leveraging AI to boost creative output, and transforming high-volume communication channels into personalized, impactful member experiences.
Reporting to the Creative Director of Growth, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Growth Marketing. This role is vital for scaling our enrollment while upholding the empathy and quality of care that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a content strategy targeting key audiences, creating high-converting messaging frameworks for email, direct mail, and partner channels.
Innovate with AI: Advocate for the integration of AI tools to enhance creative velocity and scale asset production while maintaining high standards of quality, allowing us to reach millions of eligible members with tailored messages.
Enhance Lifecycle Communications: Design and refine the comprehensive member narrative throughout their journey, ensuring that storytelling remains consistent, empathetic, and persuasive from the initial contact to enrollment.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth Marketing to translate complex data insights into engaging, human-centric creative concepts that drive measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in B2B2C, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing settings.
Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for content generation or creative processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven success in driving business outcomes such as conversion, enrollment, and engagement through content initiatives.
Experience with high-volume experimentation and A/B testing in email and direct mail environments.
Strong understanding of ecosystem or partner marketing strategies.
