About the RoleJoin the User Operations team as a Product Engagement Specialist, where you will facilitate seamless and successful product launches. This role requires you to work closely with both internal support teams and external partners, ensuring readiness and coordination throughout the entire launch process. You will develop and implement scalable systems designed to enhance efficiency, focusing on sustainable solutions over brute force approaches.This position is located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid model: 3 days in office) and includes relocation assistance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee product launch initiatives, ensuring effective execution and preparation across all teams.Create systems that allow for scalable launches and feedback, including automation, playbooks, and dashboards, to enhance long-term impact.Prototype and apply automation tools to streamline launch and feedback processes.Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights from support channels, categorize them, and convey findings to Product and Engineering teams.Proactively identify risks associated with launches and devise mitigation strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.Collaborate with diverse departments such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to align on objectives and readiness metrics.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of readiness and feedback systems, highlighting trends and actionable recommendations.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience in coordinating product launches and operational initiatives, particularly in relation to customer support and external partnerships.Demonstrated ability to develop tools or automations that significantly reduce manual labor and can be scaled across teams.Proficient in data and technology, comfortable with prototyping and using new tools.Strong advocate for customer needs, capable of articulating user challenges into clear, actionable problem statements for engineering teams.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
