Role Overview Sigma Computing is looking for a Head of Global Partner Marketing Strategy based in San Francisco, CA. This leadership role bridges the Partner and Marketing teams, working closely with key ecosystem partners. The focus: shape and execute go-to-market strategies that elevate Sigma’s position in the market and turn complex partnerships into clear, actionable plans. The position involves frequent engagement with executive audiences and translating partnership potential into tangible results. The core responsibility is to design and deliver a comprehensive partner marketing strategy, ensuring that Sigma and its strategic partners move forward together with cohesive go-to-market initiatives. What You Will Do Executive Strategy and Ecosystem Intelligence Organizational Alignment: Act as the main marketing contact for partner managers and executives. Lead collaborative sessions to weave Sigma’s value into each partner’s long-term vision. Ecosystem Mapping: Build detailed “Characterization Profiles” for key partners, capturing their internal goals, strengths, weaknesses, and industry priorities. Strategic Tiering: Work with the Partner Team to prioritize and categorize partners. Identify new “White Space” opportunities where Sigma and partners can win together. Conflict Navigation: Analyze the partner ecosystem to spot collaboration opportunities and manage “co-opetition” with thoughtful, strategic messaging. Strategic Positioning and Content High-Level Messaging: Create persuasive “Executive Value Propositions” that position Sigma and its partners as leaders in the market. Strategic Storytelling: Distill the “Partner Angle” from complex customer success stories to demonstrate shared ROI to partner sales and leadership teams. Program Execution and Demand Generation Co-Marketing Campaigns: Partner with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to design and run integrated programs, such as webinars, ebooks, and ABM initiatives, that align with partner roadmaps and Sigma product launches. Event-in-a-Box: Develop ready-to-launch “event-in-a-box” activations for System Integrators, including enablement guides and co-marketing opportunities.
