The Role
We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Coordinator to facilitate the daily administrative functions that ensure our People team operates seamlessly. At Peregrine, our people are our most valuable asset, and this role is pivotal in managing the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing employee data updates, assisting with payroll and benefits management, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and ensuring that all People workflows are executed meticulously. What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute employee lifecycle transactions such as hiring, job transitions, promotions, compensation adjustments, transfers, and terminations within our HR systems.
- Ensure accuracy in employee records across systems while maintaining data integrity and timely updates.
- Administer benefits processes, including enrollments, changes due to life events, and employee support.
- Oversee leave tracking and documentation, ensuring records are organized and current.
- Maintain People Operations documentation, internal trackers, and procedural guides.
- Assist in reporting by creating dashboards for headcount, turnover, and other People metrics.
- Monitor and manage the People team inbox, responding promptly and professionally to employee inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
