We also offer relocation assistance for new hires.Your Key Responsibilities:Lead channel strategy and execution for either Paid Search or Paid Social, focusing on planning, forecasting, budget management, and performance tracking across a global portfolio.Drive experimentation and incrementality measurement by defining hypotheses, designing tests (e.g., geo/holdout testing when applicable), and converting results into scalable processes.Enhance full-funnel performance from acquisition to activation and retention, concentrating on sustainable unit economics (LTV/CAC, payback periods, cohort quality).Develop and refine performance systems, including reporting structures, decision-making frameworks, and operational processes that enhance speed, quality, and repeatability.Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to improve conversion pathways, measurement frameworks, and growth tools.Create AI-driven workflows that accelerate iteration across creative, targeting, insights, and optimization, while ensuring quality and control.Strategically expand global reach, considering localization, regional platform nuances, and market-level performance variations.Design AI-first creative systems in collaboration with the design team to quickly prototype and test high-performing assets.Ideal Candidates Will Have:A minimum of 8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in high-growth environments.
