You will work backward to create innovative products that delight both our guests and hosts, translating user needs into a strategic roadmap that blends strong product thinking with in-depth research. Collaborating with a talented team across engineering, design, operations, and data science, you will lead the execution of a unified vision while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Your Impact:
You will spearhead the vision and execution of a global merchandising platform designed to enhance the discovery and promotion of Airbnb offerings, from Homes to Experiences to Hotels and beyond. Your role will involve orchestrating targeted, measurable campaigns, partnering with creative and operations teams to launch significant initiatives, and harnessing AI to optimize campaign efficiency. Your contributions will directly drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction at every stage of their journey.
A Day in Your Life:
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that addresses the merchandising needs of key business verticals (e.g., Homes, Services, Experiences) and new ventures (e.g., Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships).
