Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete recruitment cycle for non-technical roles, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Your role will encompass sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to grasp their talent requirements and formulate recruitment strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and optimize recruitment processes, leading initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of candidates.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
About You
5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
Proven track record in building candidate pipelines and developing effective top-of-funnel strategies.
Experience in establishing teams from the ground up and managing ongoing hiring pipelines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of forging and maintaining robust relationships with candidates, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
A team player with a humble demeanor, prioritizing collective success and valuing diverse perspectives to reach common objectives.
Proactive, resilient in the face of challenges, and continuously seeking excellence in all pursuits.
Familiarity with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, utilizing them to enhance productivity.
Ability to utilize metrics to inform hiring tactics and strategies, assisting hiring managers in similar efforts.

Candid Health operates as an in-person team, with positions available in our San Francisco, Denver, or New York offices.
Compensation Transparency
The anticipated starting annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000 USD. This range serves as a guideline based on Pave data, with actual base salary potentially varying based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and market data. Total compensation may also incorporate equity, sales incentives, and other benefits.
