Role overview
This position manages the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to offer, for a range of roles including business, operations, go-to-market, customer-facing, and corporate positions. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, helping define job requirements and ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and internal teams.
What you will do
- Design and build a recruiting infrastructure that supports current and future hiring needs
- Spot and address inefficiencies in recruitment processes to keep operations running smoothly
- Introduce automation strategies that improve workflow efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing to coordinating interviews and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs and expectations
- Develop creative sourcing methods to reach both active and passive candidates
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Oversee interview logistics and support candidates through preparation and feedback
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a growing team environment
