About the Role
We are seeking our inaugural dedicated Revenue Operations Specialist to establish a robust billing and operational framework. In this pivotal role, you will manage the comprehensive revenue operations process and develop scalable systems that propel Mercor’s growth. This is not merely about maintaining existing systems; you will be tasked with designing new processes from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams, gaining insights into our business expansion. Additionally, you will spearhead collaborative efforts among team members and cross-functional partners from Operations and Engineering who support all aspects of GenAI revenue and billing.
What You'll Do
Customer Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accurate tracking of all customer interactions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear insights into revenue health, billing trends, and operational metrics.
Revenue Reconciliation: Utilize strong analytical skills and AI tools to investigate revenue discrepancies by reconciling extensive datasets across billing systems, CRM, and internal tools. Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
Build Scalable Systems and Processes: Develop scalable processes from inception. Identify manual bottlenecks, explore automation solutions, and work in tandem with Engineering to create tools that minimize manual interventions.
