Role overview
This Senior Recruiter position focuses on GTM and Business Operations roles. The role is based in San Francisco and requires experience partnering with leaders in areas such as GTM, Legal, Finance, and Operations. The Senior Recruiter manages the full recruiting cycle, working closely with hiring managers to bring in outstanding talent efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities shift week to week. One week may involve supporting the General Counsel to hire a commercial contracts attorney; the next, working with Finance on a strategic FP&A search or assisting Marketing to fill a content-focused position. Adaptability and a broad recruiting skill set are important for success in this role.
What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end recruiting for a range of business functions, including:
- Legal (commercial attorneys, paralegals, legal operations)
- Customer Success and Account Management
- Marketing (demand generation, content, product marketing)
- Finance and FP&A
- Revenue Operations and Business Operations
- People and HR
- Solutions Consulting and Partnerships
- Partner with functional leaders to set hiring priorities and evaluate candidates.
- Lead sourcing efforts and use tailored outreach to engage passive talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with top candidates, including those for future roles.
- Review and improve sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and interview processes on a regular basis.
- Apply data analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment funnel performance.
- Help define and communicate Ivo’s employer value proposition to attract senior-level talent.
- Support employer branding initiatives on platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
