The Research & Insights team at Strava plays a pivotal role in guiding user-centered decisions that drive business and product innovation. We convert insights into strategic actions by fostering audience understanding, validating opportunities, and designing experiences that empower our users to thrive and continuously choose Strava for all their fitness needs.
We seek a Senior Researcher to spearhead the comprehensive research program for Progress Tracking & User Engagement. This vital function is central to Strava's mission, enhancing user experiences that enable our community to reach their athletic aspirations, engage with one another, and maximize their use of Strava. This role will also involve a focus on innovative AI-generated features and technologies, which are key priorities for our business growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to conduct research that informs product strategy, ensuring that decisions are backed by data and valuable insights. You will report directly to our Director of Consumer Research.
We operate under a flexible hybrid model, with a typical expectation of spending more than half your time on-site at our San Francisco office, three days each week.
