In this role, you will take charge of optimizing our landing pages, enhancing our SEO presence, and creating engaging educational content—all aimed at maximizing conversion rates.This hands-on position is tailored for an individual who thrives on rapid testing and iteration, possessing a proven track record in establishing robust growth frameworks within mid-to-late stage startups. You will be empowered to lead efforts in SEO, email marketing, content development, and conversion optimization, with ample room for bold experimentation.Ideally, you will have a technical background, enabling you to implement changes directly, and you will have a strong perspective on effective growth strategies.Key Responsibilities:Optimize Krea’s landing pages, pricing structures, and critical conversion pathways.Lead our comprehensive SEO strategy, encompassing keyword research, programmatic page development, content strategy, and on-page SEO enhancements.Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns (including email, onboarding, and reactivation) to enhance user activation and retention.Produce and oversee high-quality educational resources (such as blogs, guides, and tutorials) that facilitate user engagement and value realization.Conduct ongoing experiments across copy, layout, messaging, and channels to boost conversion rates.Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to synchronize growth initiatives with product advancements.Establish and maintain systems, dashboards, and processes that enable the accumulation of growth insights over time.
