Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing Strategist: Leverage your expertise in B2C growth strategies, understanding paid acquisition, organic loops, channel mix, and CAC/LTV dynamics, to optimize marketing funnels and deliver measurable ROI improvements.
Technical & Analytical Authority: Utilize advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills (SQL, Hex, BI tools) to establish credibility with Marketing stakeholders and translate initiatives into financial outcomes with accuracy.
Service-First Partner: Approach your interactions with a proactive and positive mindset, taking ownership of the operational details needed for seamless collaboration between teams.
Finance & BizOps Veteran: Bring 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in strategic finance or BizOps supporting Marketing or Growth in the consumer or SaaS sectors. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
What You'll Achieve
Enhance Marketing Efficiency & Planning: Take charge of the financial operating plan for Marketing, managing budget allocations, campaign ROI analysis, and investment trade-offs to drive B2C growth while ensuring unit economics are maintained.
Manage Channel-Level Unit Economics: Develop and maintain CAC/LTV and payback models by channel, linking expenditures to cohorts and retention metrics to inform investment strategies.
Implement Measurement & Reporting Processes: Establish clear, repeatable performance reporting for Marketing (weekly/monthly), covering targets, variance analyses, and actionable insights.
Facilitate Experimentation & Forecasting: Collaborate with Marketing to define test sizes, success metrics, and forecast impacts on growth and unit economics.
Develop an AI-Driven Function: Infuse AI tools and automation into finance workflows, moving beyond manual spreadsheets to embrace modern infrastructure suited to Lovable's fast-paced environment.
